Posted March 12, 2020 09:51:36There’s a reason why people in the United States often don’t think of animals inhumanely, especially when it comes to education.
The Humane Education Association of America (HEA) is an advocacy organization for humane education.
The nonprofit group says it’s committed to promoting humane education through educational materials that are produced with humane education in mind.
It is the organization’s mission to help educators and students achieve the best possible results.
HEA says it has produced more than 1,600 educational materials, and that it works to develop and distribute materials that address the needs of students, educators and educators’ families.HEA president and CEO Tom DeLong says the organization also provides support to animal shelters, shelters that care for animals in crisis, and animal education centers.
“The resources that we provide, the programs that we help to support, are the resources that are really helping to change mindsets, foster empathy and understanding of animals and help educate people about the importance of caring for and loving animals,” DeLong said.
The HEA is also committed to teaching animals in humane ways.
That includes using humane education materials to teach animals about human behavior and emotions.
“We’re trying to help educate the public about the benefits of humane education,” DeLoversaid.
“We’re not here to teach anyone how to behave ethically, but to help them understand the benefits.”HEA has partnered with the Humane Society of the United State, the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Veterinary Medical Association to promote humane education as a public health issue.
DeLong calls it a matter of public health.
“I don’t want to be a hypocrite.
I want to work with these organizations to help inform our public about these issues,” he said.HEAP is one of two groups that produced the new humane education literature.
The other group is the Humane Education Foundation of America, which has produced the previous literature.
It says it aims to promote educational materials to educate people and to inspire them to help animals.
“This new literature is focused on the needs and needs of animals, and it’s not an anti-animal stance,” HEAP director and president Mary Ann Smith said.
Smith said the new literature emphasizes the importance for education to be about education and not about cruelty to animals.
The humane education books range from educational videos to audio books, interactive materials and videos.
Some of the materials are educational in nature, like videos that explain the benefits and harms of a humane education for animals, while others are more scientific, like animal welfare videos that are intended for health professionals.
“It’s not the same as animal testing and testing the animals and testing on animals, but the idea is, we’re going to teach them the science behind the benefits,” Smith said of the new material.
She added that while the humane education material may be educational in itself, it also addresses some of the issues that HEA and other organizations focus on, such as the benefits or the harmfulness of animal testing.
The literature is not intended to be used as a substitute for scientific or medical training, Smith said, and the materials do not provide specific information about how to use or administer the material.
Smith said she hopes the HEA will be able to reach a wider audience by partnering with educational groups to distribute the materials.
“There are a lot of people that would like to know how to make a humane life more humane, but they don’t know how, and they dont know how,” Smith added.HEAs latest humane education book, “Animals and Education: Understanding Humane Education,” is available for purchase.
It is available online, in print and on the HEAP website.
